PAYMENT PROCESSING
Once we receive your order, please allow 24 to 48 hours for payment processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). All orders are subject to processing time unless otherwise stated in the product description. Since some items are made to order in our HQ, we ensure all payments are fully processed before fulfillment begins.
Payment processing time is separate from shipping time. Once your order is fulfilled and ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number. This tracking number will update once USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc., has received and scanned your package into their system.
SHIPPING INFO
All orders are shipped via USPS and follow standard USPS shipping timelines based on your location.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number.
Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days after the package has been processed and handed off to USPS. Please note, tracking may take 24-48 hours to update once scanned into their system.

Include all necessary info (apartment number, building details, etc.) to avoid delivery delays.
